The following data is synced to our secure cloud database (Supabase):
- Email address — used for account creation and login
- Workout logs and training progress
- Calorie tracking and step counts
- Body measurements
- Supplement logs
- Water reminder settings
- Fasting notification settings
- Timer configuration
- Training plan selection and custom plans
- Activity level and program dates
The following data is stored locally on your device only and never sent to our servers:
- Transformation photos (before & after)
- App language preference
- Disclaimer acceptance flag
Your transformation photos never leave your device. They are stored in the app's local storage only and are never uploaded to our servers.
